Shipping & Returns

Order Preparation Time

Items that are in-stock will ship in 2-5 business days after they have been purchased. Items that are made to order or out of stock will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you once your order has shipped. 

 If your order is a rush, please email info@ambersasha.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

 

Shipping

All packages require a signature upon delivery. Amber Sasha is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates the package has been delivered. Amber Sasha is not responsible for any delayed delivery of packages due to customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. If the package is sent back to Amber Sasha for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. 

At this time Amber Sasha does not ship items outside of the U.S. Our team is working on shipping items internationally and should be available soon.  :)

 

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within the state of California are subject to sales tax. If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.

 

Repairs

We guarantee our pieces for 60 days from date of purchase against defects.  If items are intentionally damaged or misused we reserve the right to refuse any repairs. If you need a repair after 60 days on an item that was purchased  through us, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge plus shipping & handling.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final and cannot be returned. 

 

Exchanges are available if there is a defect in the product. To be eligible for an exchange, please email info@ambersasha.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. 

 

Items that are special order and/or made to order are non-returnable. Also, any deposits for custom items are non-returnable. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return we will inspect all items to determine if your refund has been approved or rejected. We will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you on the status of your return. Amber Sasha has the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

In the event that an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be issued and you will be responsible for shipping charges.
